Please provide a photo of your pantry and kitchen layout. We work with your kitchen cabinet maker to give you the best storage solution - by phone or email. We also offer a $125 in-home consultation for a personalised solution to suit your style.

Bookings and Payments

We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking and 50% upon completion.

We require a 100% upfront payment for storage accessories and drawer liners . See Gold Package options for details.

We will secure your booking once we have received the deposit.

We require 48 hour notification for change of date or cancellation.

Package Deals and Rates

Once you have selected your package. Based on 1 person.

Silver - Half Day (2 Hours) $250

Gold - Half Day (4 Hours) $500

Gold - Full Day ( 6 Hours) $750

Gold Extended - Full Day (8 Hours) $1,000

All rates are subject to change without notice, however will be confirmed at the time of booking. Packages are based on a set number of hours and organisers per session. We reserve the right to adjust team allocation where required. Sessions include appropriate breaks. For example, a six hour session includes a 15 minute break.

Scope of Work

If additional work is required outside of the agreed package, a separate quote will be provided and based on an hourly rate.

Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services deemed hazardous or where unsafe access is identified. Clients must disclose any known health or safety risks or concerns prior to commencement, including but not limited to mould, pests, structural hazards or unsafe access.

Payment terms & late fees
Payment is required immediately on project completion.
Late payments will incur a 10% fee applied every 7 days until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Debt recovery
By engaging our services, you agree that any unpaid accounts referred to a debt collection agency or legal representative will incur all associated recovery costs.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• agency fees
• legal

Debt recovery
This clause constitutes a valid agreement under section 27(2) of the Debt Collectors (Field Agents and Collection Agents) Act 2014 (Qld).

Product procurement
We may assist with sourcing organisational products on your behalf.

Please note:
• we are not the manufacturer or retailer and are not responsible for product faults or delays
• a product budget must be agreed upon and prepaid prior to purchasing
• any unused funds will be refunded or credited to your final invoice
• substitutions may be made where products are unavailable, and you will be informed accordingly

Privacy & photography
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality within your home.

Any sensitive or personal information encountered will not be disclosed.
Items containing confidential material will be disposed of appropriately.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you consent to the use of before and after imagery of your space for marketing purposes. No identifying or sensitive information will ever be shared.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of:
• the total amount paid by you in the preceding month, or
• the cost of re performing the services

We are not liable for damage or injuries sustained during our services. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to staff illness, extreme weather conditions or unsafe working environments.

We may decline to move heavy or oversized items. Where this is done at your request, we accept no liability for damage.

Legal terms
We reserve the right to assign our rights under these terms and will notify you where applicable.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between both parties and may only be amended in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
If any provision is deemed it will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
